I wanted to take a minute to wish much success to the new President of the Downingtown Area Chamber of Commerce, Jay Fischer. 
While Jay has held this post before, he takes over after my last two years as President, and now has continued to improve the Chamber's position in this great community.
The Chamber has been an asset to the community for over 60 years now, and I see it taking a bigger place as our home town grows.
The Chamber is a vital part of the economic growth to any region, here in Downingtown that is no different.  I know Jay … (2 comments)

Happy Saturday Everyone,
I just wanted to share my current experience with a new Buyer.  I met him as he was thoroughly dissatisfied with the service of his last Agent and while he was with that Agent over a six month period kept calling me for advise and assistance.  Of course I told him he must work with his current Agent on all properties he has seen already and if he was truly unhappy, approach that Agent and discuss what it is he is NOT doing to serve your needs.  That I will not work with him or advise him while he is working … (0 comments)

Just a quick note to say that today I am a week old in the Keller Williams Family.....and I could not be happier.
I have been an Agent for seven years now, yet I am very impressed with the amount of concern by all I have met so far and the abundance of information waiting to be tapped.
I spent my first four days updating my many sites and programs ......just previewing all that the Keller Williams world has to offer.
I was then whisked off to the Family Reunion and what an experience......more on this in another post.
