baseball: Applebee's Park sustains significant storm damage - 06/04/08 04:17 PM
One of my favorite places to visit in Lexington, KY sustained some significant straight-line wind damage yesterday as severe storms raked the area. Impressively enough though, they expect the field to be playable tonight....Quite an impressive clean-up effort I must say! Kudos to all those who are putting Lexington's beautiful stadium, the home of the Class A South Atlantic League Lexington Legends, back together again. The weather's been a tad rough for many this week! Prayers go out to all those who've lost so much due to Mother Nature's wrath here lately... … (0 comments)
