Just over two weeks ago, I decided that enough was enough and I black-listed all forms of news media in an effort to reduce stress in my life. I was addicted to the news on TV, on the internet and in my car, everytime I drove.
I found myself constantly feeding this type of information into my brain and processing all of the latest "important" information. However, at the end of the day it was all negative, doom and gloom, "the sky is falling" type of information.
