Let's face it, everyone wants a great deal in today's buyer's market and an ever increasing majority of the transactions in today's real estate market often involve either a short sale or a foreclosed property.
The problem is that not all realtors are skilled in effectively navigating through the process of either a short sale or a foreclosure. Therefore, they are actually doing their clients a great disservice!

Today was interesting as I noticed that everytime I thought my clients found an absolutely beautiful home for them to consider, they surprised me with reasons why the home was not for them. There's nothing I can do except respect their opinion and maybe remind them that the home did match their search criteria. But...what's the point, right? If they say they won't buy the home...on to the next one! Today was one of those marathon type of days where I was busy from 9 AM till 8 PM. I taught a class at the office for just over 2 hours, then my clients who moved here from NY came to the office to start their search to buy a home.
