As a CDPE I often help clients avoid foreclosure by listing their home for sale and negotiating for a short sale approval from their lender. I've helped clients avoid foreclosure in Greenville, Simpsonville, Greer, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Travelers Rest, Taylors and Easley, SC.
