As we on Cape Cod know with the middle of winter it's time to sharpen our real estate skills. Our business tends to show some life around this time of year with more people inquiring on those second homes. Hopefully with the governments tax incentive comming to an end in a couple months this will help people understand that to sell houses they will need to be very serious with their pricing.

It appears inquiries on properties seem a little slower than last year at this time but homes are selling and people that are buying are getting some very good values.
