Chandler Real Estate – Now is the Time to Buy in Real Estate Now is the Time to Buy is the headline from a Realtor.org article quoting BusinessWeek’s real estate expert, Marc Roth. Investors are returning as the real estate market recovers. From our view of the Chandler and East valley real estate market, we are seeing many, many investors in the $150,000 or less price points. The article points to potential opportunities for investors in single family houses, multi-family properties, vacation properties in high end resort areas and REITs. Chandler Real Estate - Are REO Properties a bargain compared to non-REO properties? From our current experience in the market, the bank-owned properties are in high demand, getting multiple bids. Especially in the 200K and under market, the offers are even above the list price and inline with the non-REO comparables.
However, looking at the Maricopa County graph comparing the REOs and non-REO price per square foot, one could come to the conclusion that REOS will sell for below non-REO homes. So, why is the average sqft for REOs less? My thought is that there are (4 comments)
Chandler Restaurants - Great Chinese Food Take Out at Asian Grill. For some delicious and affordable Chinese food, visit Asian Grill in south Chandler, near the Ocotillo Master Planned Community. The hot and sour soup has just the right balance of sourness and spice/heat. We also love the Firecracker Shrimp. The shrimp are cooked in a brown spicy, (Cantonese style spicy) sauce. The shrimp are good size and there are plenty of them! Yum! Another favorite dish is the House Special Lo Mein. It's a dish of scrumptious noodles with beef, chicken, shrimp and assorted vegetables. Asian Grill does have (3 comments)
Chandler's Best Price for Gasoline - Chandler Costco - 08/06/09 11:21 PM
Chandler's best price for gasoline - Chandler Costco. Chandler's best price for gasoline is the Chandler Costco. Even before the run up of gas priceslast year, I have paid attention to the price of gasoline. Its interesting that there is so much difference in price for such a commodity. The difference between the lowest and highest price gas stations can be upwards of 25 cents/gallon. This difference over time can add up to many dollars. Today I filled up at the Chandler Costco, just south of the Chandler Fashion Center. The price for a gallon of regular gasoline was $2.39/gallon. Filling (0 comments)

One of our favorite Chandler restaurants for Vietnamese cuisine is Saigon Pho. It's a homey restaurant with delicious food at a great value. This past weekend, we there for dinner. Upon entering Saigon Pho, we were surprised by new paint colors, new decor on the walls, new booths and modern pendant lighting. Fortunately, the restaurant is still under the same management, but just went through some updating of the interior. It's a more modern looking interior...this seems to be the trend in Asian restraurants in Chandler.
