I just had dinner with most amazing woman. She is pictured on the right and her name is Linda Ferrari. She is the CEO and founder of Credit Resource Corp. Her book, "The Big Score --getting it and keeping it" is out today on Amazon or her website, www.lindaferrari.com. She gave me an advanced copy last night and also gave me the greatest tutorial on the credit scoring industry. realtors: The New Real Estate Agent - 06/03/08 10:40 AM
I posted a blog awhile back titled, "Where is everyone", it was a commentary how less and less people were working in the office. This market has created self doubt in so many Realtor's. Realtor's are blaming the market, banks, interests rates, the election, even President Bush. Why would we as professionals want to place the blame anywhere but where it belongs, with us. Why do we think that what happens "out there" effects who we are and what we can accomplish. Look around, is there anyone in your market place that is succeeding, well if they are, how are they doing it? I think I may have the answer for you, they are not in an identity crisis. Do you ever get frustrated that people are not listening to you? Sort of like Chris Tucker in "Rush Hour" when he yells at Jackie Chan, " Are you listening to the words coming out of my mouth?" We know this is the time to buy, we know that in order to sell a home we must reduce the price, we know a lot of things, but people are just not listening to us!!!! The truth is that they are listening, they just do not hear us. Why? Because we are not speaking into their listening. We are not speaking into their listening?

Here is a shout out to all Realtors to help me become successful. I developed a plan where you all can truly be a vibrant force in my success in this new market. Stop cold calling. That's right please do not cold call expired's, cancelled's, FSBO's, etc...we all know that cold calling doesn't work, at least that is what I hear so many agents continue to say.
