We've all had those listings. Cluttered, abandoned car in the driveway etc. In times like these I use Photoshop to help clean up the pic before I publish it on my website. My clients have always appreciated how great their homes look after a few minutes under the knife. Now if you are wondering if the Real Estate Manual is against such practise: "A licensee must not publish real estate advertising that the licensee knows contains a false statement or misrepresentation concerning real estate, a trade in real estate or the provision of real estate services" However the manual continues: "While

sellers: President's Meeting Update - 09/24/09 10:36 PM
We had a solid day of meetings with all the BC Real Estate Boards Presidents. There were many topics of interest, most of which involve the individual Boards and their members. We did however, discuss the HST and it seems there isn't much we can do. It's coming to BC regardless and the government doesn't seem to want to negotiate with us. At the end of the day there are some changes that can be made that could make this less of an impact on British Columbians. One, they could put the threshold up to $500,000 instead of $400,000.
