This was a project that we could not wait to share with you.
We worked on this project for four months. Before our client purchased the property it was used as a half-way house for recovering addicts. A great cause but its located in the heart of an established neighborhood and maintaining the property was not number one the previous owners priority list.

We were very lucky to work on a wonderful project a few months back on Harper Avenue in El Cerrito. We were very pleased to take on the job as we were referred to the project by one of our fellow stagers here on ActiveRain Cindy Lin. She was kind enough to refer the homeowner to us and it turned into a four month project with great results (sold in 6 days for the highest amount in the area).

Our client brought us in to transform a house that had not been updated since it was built in the 60's. We worked with a fabulous crew to changed it into a beautiful home that would appeal to many buyers.
It took a few months, but we had a wonderful client who was willing to do what it takes to make the home shine.

My Realtor client called me up to say that she need a staging for her client who had a tenant. She wanted me to go by and give her a bid when I had a moment. She was so sweet because she was very concerned that the homeowner had a dog. Me being a dog person I had no concerns. When I arrived and enter the house this little guy was waiting for me.

A house is like a story. It must be weaved just right so that potential buyers can follow it from room to room and feel satisfied that it is saying all the right things. It must speak to them to capture their attention.
There is nothing worse than buying a new book and getting to the second chapter with nothing to keep you interested in moving forward.
My favorite books are ones that get me excited to turn each page. I can't wait until I get to the end of a chapter and see what is around the next corner.
