It happens all the time...client's start working on a home prior to calling in a professional stager.
Number one thing they do is clear out All the clutter and paint everything white!!!!
If I could help homeowners out there the number one thing I would tell them is STOP. WAIT. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with a Professional qualified stager before you do ANYTHING!
Of course, it's OK to clean the house including miscellaneous toys and paperwork on the counter, BUT don't go crazy taking things off the walls, replacing appliances, and painting without talking to a professional stager first. You would be amazed about … (8 comments)
