I have a wonderful team that works with me. No matter how big or small they are on every job doing their best and working wonders.  We are like a finely oiled machine at this point and really don't even have to talk as the wheels start turning and the job moves along like a dream
Of course, we end up doing a lot of joking, laughing and kidding with each other.  After all this time we know exactly the right thing to say to get a rise out of each other and how far to push.  Very much like a family getting together … (13 comments)
