The affordable houses, we called under water market value homes are the most popular, desirous to buy recently for first time home buyers, investors. Some of them are so quickly sold as a few days on the market. People are rushing to look for homes before the first time buyer tax credit dead line (expiration date ). So the buyers are making offers to pay more than what the listing price of the homes.;)
