cash back: Cash Back in Real Estate - 01/26/09 08:52 PM

I believe it is a new trend that is coming to stay.
If we do a search, almost in any city there is someone offering rebates or CASH BACK in their real estate transactions. Some are even offering 2% of the selling price as cash back just for using them as their buyers agents.
The question is not how many listing we have but how many buyers can we produce. In a bad economy the shift has been clear it is a buyers market and by what we are seeing it is going to take a good while to the pendulum … (2 comments)
