I feel like I'm still dreaming because this call was so unbelievable.   I picked up the phone and the voice on the other end of the line said, "Hi Shanna, this is _________  _________.  I've been looking at homes on your website and I'm ready to buy a home."   I said, "Great.  I'm happy to help you. What is it that you are looking for?"    He then started into his story...   I should have hung up, but it was so far fetched that I kept it listening.
