For today's edition of What You Get for the Money, I had to go back three months to find a sale in the $400,000 to $499,000 price range.

Today's edition of What You Get for the Money features a home that sold in the price range of $300,000 to $399,000 within the past two months.
In case you have missed the first two parts, here they are:

As you know, all the homes in this series are located in Barrow county, Georgia. I had the choice between four different homes that had sold recently. All of the homes had at least an acre of property that came with the home; one of them had over 5 acres.
