florida: ActiveRainPhotobloggerContest-I Cried Every Day for 2 Weeks! - 05/06/11 06:25 AM

SELLING YOUR HOUSE?  THEN FOCUS! F- FEEL- Buyers have to be able … (28 comments)

florida: Downy Wrinkle Releaser, a BIG Duvet, and Band-Aids. . . More Vacant Home Staging Tips Part 2! - 04/07/09 09:48 PM

Yes, I was finally initiated into the world of Vacant Home Staging, when Victoria LaBelle (Staging by Victoria) was kind enough to include me in an ASAP Staging she had of 4 homes in foreclosure.  I had literally just over 24 hours notice to "get it together".  I got the call on a Wednesday night and needed to be ready to Stage one home with accessories by Friday.  The larger pieces were being delivered by a Furniture Rental company but I would need to bring everything else.  First thing, reserve a U-Haul truck.  Second, begin to check my limited inventory.  Remembering what … (7 comments)
