We're all out there trying to make lemonade out of lemons and that may mean taking on foreclosures or other types of distressed properties to Stage.  If anything, these properties and their owners need our help even more.  However, if you are presented with this:

I posted 12/5 about my initiation into Vacant Home Staging and did not include any Before and After pictures.  With any luck, my computer savvy friend, Fernando Rosado (Electic Home Staging of the Palm Beaches) has shown me how to share my photos with you.

Yes, I was finally initiated into the world of Vacant Home Staging, when Victoria LaBelle (Staging by Victoria) was kind enough to include me in an ASAP Staging she had of 4 homes in foreclosure.  I had literally just over 24 hours notice to "get it together".  I got the call on a Wednesday night and needed to be ready to Stage one home with accessories by Friday.  The larger pieces were being delivered by a Furniture Rental company but I would need to bring everything else.  First thing, reserve a U-Haul truck.  Second, begin to check my limited inventory.  Remembering what … (7 comments)
