When marketing and bloggling you never know who's getting the info and message. And, you never know just how much your blogging is appreciated. I wrote a blog on February 25 titled, "Someone Once Said Staging Doesn't Cost A Penny". This blog talks about how sellers can recoup their staging investments by 343% when selling their home.

You need somebody-a strategic partner, who cares about you and your business, your clients needs, and your goals and quotas. I'm sure you could use a trusted friend - someone to listen to you and who you can confide in and trust wholeheartedly. Someone devoted to you. Someone dependable and reliable. You enter the zip code of a staging project, answer the questions about home improvements needed and it will calculate the projected cost of the project, by what amount the improvement will increase the sell price, the projected ROI, and the percentage of real estate agents recommendating the improvement.
