If your looking for Lago Vista's Zoning regulations look no further. These are the links to find out everything from applications to zoning qualifications. Make sure the fence meets the criteria when living on a golf course. If your living on the lake its important to know how high you can build and what type of home is allowed.  So take a look at the information I have provided below to help you through any of your real estate steps. 

  • If all else fails call the city 512.267.5259 for all your building and planning needs. You can also stop by the office City Hall Building at 5803 Thunderbird, Suite 103.
  • Office Hours -Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, closed from 12 noon to 1 PM for Lunch. Inspections received by 4:30 PM will be scheduled the next business day.

Manor has recently picked up lots of news as of lately due to the economic development plans.  Manor has recently been chosen by many developers to be the next big growth pattern.  The location of Manor offers an array of opportunities to travel due to the infrastructure of the toll roads.  Being right next to Austin and stones throw away from Samsung, Dell and I-35 you can imagine the potential.  Some of the plans have changed a bit but the development plans called, Villa Muse, have been debated and even struck down by the City of Austin.  The 200 acre request has been downgraded but is still continuing with a ground breaking slated for later this year.  There is a shopping center set to move-in later that will be Domain in feel but easier on the pocket book. Manor's great location has been sought out by builders and been a proven success with subdivisions like Shadow Glen which host a great amount of amenities and excellent communities.
