Manor has recently picked up lots of news as of lately due to the economic development plans. Manor has recently been chosen by many developers to be the next big growth pattern. The location of Manor offers an array of opportunities to travel due to the infrastructure of the toll roads. Being right next to Austin and stones throw away from Samsung, Dell and I-35 you can imagine the potential. This link is telling us which city is the "Most Wired" for wireless connectivity. There are a couple of factors when they make the selection. However, my city AUSTIN was not even in the top 20! Guess we need to get our act together and start a deal with Cisco for some citywide broadband. I couldn't see it being to terribly hard to put wireless throughout a city. I mean I can get signals from people throughtout my subdivision. But, what do I know I'm just a REALTOR. Sure would be a plus if the downtown city lofts and condos had (2 comments)

Lago Vista Real Estate has become very popular as of lately in part due to its lake setting but the Austin is extending its boundaries causing people to escape the reach. This is also bringing in some great development companies opening up new Estate properties from 1-3 acres. There are new high end condos and as well as subdivisions opening up. There are still plenty of prime lots around Lago Vista whether you need a view, privacy or close to the golf course. This community is a great place to get away from the big bussle of the city but still (0 comments)

With all the negative and depressing coverage of the housing market it defiantely has to be hindering the minds of possible buyers. This article "hopefully" helps buyers at least in my area Austin calm down and understand that there are brighter days ahead and to not get so panicked over all the negative national news. In my novice opionion I feel that the market is prime for first time home buyers who have been renting. My reasoning behind this is with decent credit scores, good financing, and accurate housing prices (CMA) they can take advantage of this cycle. Agree Or Disagree? Here is a (6 comments)
