BUYERS, IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT PURCHASING A HOME IN THE NEAR FUTURE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT LOOKING ONLINE AND CALLING THE NUMBER ON THE SIGN IN THE FRONT YARD. THE PERSON ON THE SIGN IS WORKING FOR THE SELLER NOT YOU! DO YOU WANT SOMEONE WORKING FOR YOU? BUYER: "BUT I WILL GET A BETTER DEAL IF I GO STRAIGHT TO THE LISTING AGENT AND CUT YOU OUT." ME: NO! Plus their vast amount of knowledge and experience is a must have in this type of market. Think of us as consultants not SALES people. Our job is to assist, guide and protect your interests.
