VIRGINIA HOMEOWNERS BEWARE...THINK TWICE BEFORE WALKING AWAY. Unfortunately there are a number of borrowers finding themselves underwater and may be thinking of doing just that.. If you are one of them, give it some very serious thought before you make the decision to walk away. The penalty may very well not be worth it.

IT'S NOT EVEN CHRISTMAS YET.... WHAT'S THIS ABOUT 5,000 EXTRA POINTS? Well, it appears that there is a 30 day challange in which you need to write 30 consecutive daily posts. Why not take it and earn an extra 5,000 points while having fun.

Lake Anna Winery Sponsors a Fun Fundraiser. Louisa County's Adult Community Education (ACE),along with the winery, will host its Second Annual Blues and Barbecue Fundraiser. ACE provides adult literacy programs including GED preparation, basic literacy tutoring, and English language classes for adults throughout the county.
The menu will be barbecue fixings prepared by a local restaurant, Anna Cabana, while a local band, BlueRock, will provide the entertainment. Lake Anna Winery will make sure there is plenty of vintage wine available for tasting and there will be door prizes, a silent auction, along with games and much more.

It's great when a post on Active Rain gets you really thinking. That happened to me last evening. Jeff Dowler asked if we would recommend someone on Linkedin. I began my comment and along the way did an about face. While responding another thought came to me and led me to consider the possibilities and what might be the correct answer, for me at least, after all. Many folks responded the way I did initially. I wonder if they also asked themselves the question I eventually did.

The "future" is getting closer at Lake Anna, Virginia. We have some massive equipment moving dirt and creating mountains. What is going on? A new Food Lion is being built, that's what.
Yes, Lake Anna will be having its first supermarket before you know it. This is a long awaited amenity for many although Jim and I have lived here full time for 18 years and we have never had a hungry day in all that time.

You'd better have many of the answers if you call yourself a real estate agent. If not, what are you doing in the business? If you are a Newbie, get learning as much as you can as fast as you can. If you've been around awhile you need to keep on learning.
Earlier this evening I read a very interesting blog, Who Has All the Answers? written by Barbara Todaro, with some equally interesting comments. One of the comments (#41) hit upon something that I thought of as I was reading. Chris explained why he/she used the term expert.
