Lake Anna is enjoying spring...how about you?  Not only is the lake sparkling so are the folks I see having a good time fishing and boating.  A bit early for swimming but before we kow it the waters will beckon and in we'll go.
Spring arrived about three weeks earlier this year.  We can tell by the blossoming of the azaleas and all of the other flowing shrubs and trees a well as the srpng flowers that have popped up all over the place for weeks now.

Is Facebook the place to tell tales out of school?  For me the answer is a resounding no.  Best to leave those storieis for your Broker or your team mate, even your spouse, but not on Facebook.
Why risk jeopardizing not only a transaction but your career by repeating on line for the whole world to view your issues with another agent, your buyer, or your seller.  I have witnessed it time and again.  For instance someone will talk about submitting an offer to the listing agent and what the agent will say to them which they believe to be inappropriate.  Granted … (14 comments)
