Now, as much as ever, appraisals are vital to the success of a transaction. It is in the interest of all parties to have accurate appraisals. The following was news to me and important news at that.
All of us, especially those selling/listing specialized properties such as waterfront, should be aware of how we can help determine the qualifications of appraisers used in our transactions.
