With 38 real estate companies collecting donations of cereal and/or money, we are well ahead of last year when there were 27 companies. Area food banks will benefit from the efforts of REALTORS in your communities.

One of the attractions of Lake Anna is its rural setting. Lake Anna is surrounded by Spotsylvania, Louisa, and Orange counties although most of the lake is within the first two.

Lake Anna is very much in the center of Virginia which makes it a great spot to live or to spend time. From Lake Anna you have the opportunity to quickly get to so many other areas from Northern Virginia to the Tidewater area to the southwest section of Virginia. A convenient (1 comments)

Just the other day I was out driving and suddenly I noticed a Newbie in my neighborhood. Of course, I did not keep driving. I put my car in park, hit the hazard light button, put my window down, and began to snap pictures.

On the way to Connecticut to visit my mom, I took a few minutes to cast my vote. Virginians had their primary almost two weeks ago and the turnout was terrific.
Voting, for my precinct, was held at the Spotsylvania Volunteer Fire Department on Partlow Road. It is the same place where I've been (5 comments)

People tend to be amused when they hear where I live. Bumpass. Now that's a different name. Several years ago I met a man while traveling from Sitka back to Juneau, Alaska on the overnight ferry.
