I know everyone today wants to find a really good deal, but it is difficult to convince buyers that just because it is labeled "foreclosure" does not mean the bank is going literally give it away. I specialize in foreclosure listings, and it amazes me how many times I get offers so low that I have a hard time presenting it. Only when it has been on the market for an extended period of time will the bank start looking at low ball - at least that is how it is here in Montgomery County, Texas.
