Unlike many other markets nationwide - MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS is still standing strong! We are even holding up against our sister city of Houston. Housing prices have not fallen, we have not encountered much foreclosure, and we anticipate home sales to start an upward trend for the first of 2009. This is the most desirable location in Texas!
