Good Evening Friends. I just wanted to share with you my newest favorite food spot in the Farmington Valley. Located in quaint Collinsville is "Husk", a restaurant that is sort of Columbian-fusion (not mexican as many people think). Owner Jordan Stein has created a wonderful menu of items. I love the black bean and goat cheese empanadas as well as the Panchos Salad which is chillied cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cruches tortilla chips, cheese and served with a zesty Chipotle lime dressing.
