As Christmas nears, you can feel it all around you in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Everyone is getting into the spirit of the holiday season all around town. Even the children of Lake Havasu City are sharing their holiday spirit.
The kindergarteners from Guiding Light Christian and Education Center sang with other fellow students to the residents of Prestige Care LLC senior living community on Smoketree Avenue on Monday.
They will have another performance at 7:00pm today, Christmas Eve, at Lake Havasu City High School. So, bring your family and friends and come enjoy the holiday fun.

When it comes time to sell a home, many homeowners often underestimate the true costs that can add up when the property sits unsold.
Time is money and every seller needs to consider this. For example, the seller wants to sell their home for $500,000 in April and, by May, the Agent suggests lowering the asking price to $475,000 but the seller refuses.
