if you have not heard the BIG news, Donald Trump sold his 100,000,000 estate in Palm Beach to a Russian Billionaire, who plans to subdivide the property. So this is a "Tear Down" for him....can you believe that!! Check out the news article about the buyer and the sale. This is the highest sale thus far in the USA! Leave it up to Donald to set this record.

He had it listed for $125 million so the poor guy had to come down in price! But he purchased the home in foreclosure for around $41 million, so not a bad … (5 comments)
