Sometimes you just have to have a little fun along with the work. We have a wonderful web site and partly thanks to Active Rain and all of our Google juice that remains at the top of the Search Engines. I was looking at the site the other day and I thought it just needed a little pick me up.
So, with a little brainstorming and luck we came up with this little diddy to help make our customers and clients smile.

I just read a wonderful featured post by Ron Holborn Commercial & Residential Real Estate California        that is currently on our dashboard. YES WE SHOULD BE WORRIED. Every Realtor, and ANYONE in our related field will be affected. I posted this the other day and received a few comments from mostly positive people that look at the bright side. I just believe whole heartedly that we HAVE TO LOOK STRONGLY AT WHAT IS HAPPENING AND HOW IT WILL AFFECT US ALL. Everyone should read this article "Moratorium" from the New York Times!

Have you noticed lately that your local agents are dropping like flies? The other day I stopped in at one of Sam Walton's Super Stores and there in the media isle stood one of my former agents. We will call her X-merelda. Now, X-merelda was truly a very conciencious Agent when she was selling homes for our company. She was formidable, trustworthy, hardworking, honest, and her follow-up was darned good.
She stammered a bit when I hugged her. "I just wasn't getting enough leads, she said. We simply needed the money so here I am!"
