Wow, I just had to write about this. Tonight and late afternoon on day 1 of our Rain Camp has been a hit and a miss!
The HIT is Rain Camp! It has been wonderful getting to see old AR friends and meeting so many new talents all in one! I made this trip at the spur of the moment knowing I would get to meet so many new faces. I simply never regret my decision to be here. YOU MUST JOIN NEXT TIME!

As we grow older we begin to look at our past and wonder what we could, would and should have done differently. We tend to find pain in bad choices or lost possibilities and lost loves.
Could it be that we should be grateful for where we are today and the blessings of the future instead? In the blink of an eye my children were grown and I felt as if reasons to bound out of bed each day were lessened. I was wrong.

The Woodlands, Texas Deregulation of Electric Power is recent and virtually unused by the public! Some Retail Businesses could be saving between 10% and 40% on their current monthly billings.There are currently two providers in The Woodlands, TX. CenterPoint Power provides Electricity and Gas and is completely Deregulated. Entergy also provides power to the area but they are not offering this to their clients at this time. If you have power through Entergy, you may be able to change providers to CenterPoint Power and still realize the savings. Okay, so I'm almost embarrased to publish any of my AMATURE attempts of taking pictures. But you see, this gentleman, San Diego Real Estate Voice authored by William Johnson GRI CRS e-Pro CDPE
started a wonderful group called ActiveRainPhotoBlogger and now I think I'm addicted. I have been visiting the posts as they come in and the photos are absolutely beautiful. I've always had a "secret desire" to be able to take high quality photos but I have never achieved that desire.

I do. If you are anything like me you are feeling a bit commandeered by your cell phone. Now, you younger set have grown up with cell phones so they are simply a part of your lives. It's not unusual for me to be sitting in a "waiting room" watching a young person watching a movie, or texting, or talking or surfing! It's almost like they are totally attached to that gadget that has become one of the most important "things" in people's lives.

First of all allow me to explain the term Deregulation of Power because if you are like me I've just learned of this. Occasionally I forget to look outside the box when I'm involved with my busy RE Selling Season! Possibly you do the same. For those of you who are fully aware then please bear with me.
