I always check out the lost puppies that end up at the Animal Shelter in case I know any of them. They post them to their facebook page. Of course we never let our kids off leash except in the fence and never take off their collars and tags except in the house, but I know it happens. You can be outside bathing your dog without his collar and in a flash a squirrel runs by and bam... you are chasing your dog down the street. I am having a very busy week. It's of my own making because I am a procrastinator. I'm likely the worst procrastinator you know. Yesterday I worked late and today too. It will be very hard for me to work late the next three days because they are MY "doggie days" because my Donald will be working. But yesterday and today were he was off and I'm so thankful that he did SO much for me.

The oldest Mound in the state of Georgia that I know about is Rock Eagle. There is actually two rock bird mounds in the state and guess what? Both of them are located right here in Putnam County.
Rock Eagle has a wonderful 4-H camp and retreat area build around it. There are trails, lakes, camping, cabins, a water park, putt-putt golf, and so much more. The park area is 1500 acres and it's really a nice place to visit.

Some days in this business are so difficult I consider... no, actually I don't. But the reason that even in a more difficult market on the worst days I still don't consider doing anything else is because there are days like I had today. Friday I took the day off. I had a scheduled appointment for the weekend, the office was covered and we hadn't seen our friends since before Christmas. We generally get together with this couple for lunch and cards once a month. So ... we had lunch and then we started our first card game. Lunch had gone perfectly well. We generally play a game or two and then have dessert. Yesterday did NOT go as planned.

In high school I was loving Whitney Houston. If you are selling a manufactured home in the state of Georgia, there are now specific laws in place on how to handle the DMV title to your manufactured home. These laws have been in place since 2002, but some purchases made since that time were not handled properly. MANY transactions closed without transfer of title prior to 2002.

Last evening while watching television with my husband my cell rang. It was just before 8 p.m. and I answered the call to hear the familiar "you've got a zillow call" and I waited to hear the connection and said hello again. What followed is a story with a happy ending.

Yesterday my Donald was off work. He did laundry, but he did leave an ink pen in his uniform shirt pocket. Ooops. (Thank goodness he didn't put MY clothes in with his uniforms) I tried lots of things before I found "the" thing I knew would work. We spayed with Oxi Clean laundry spray. Nope, Ink still there. Tried alchohol (rubbing not drinking), nope ink still there. Dawn, no luck, Tide... didn't touch it. So I kept digging under my bathroom vanity until I found "IT". It is hairspray.
