Sell like you don't need to make money.  This is really a redo of the saying "Dance like nobody's watching" but I think it applies to selling real estate. I like to think this way when I looking for the right home for a buyer. Just listen to everything that they want and need in a home and find the best fit. I really don't care how much time it takes, what percent it is listed at, who has it listed, etc. Just focus on what is best for them.  The same mind set applies when working with a seller.
