Hidden Glen home sales are still going strong despite a slight appreciation over last year.   Comparing the price per square foot of homes sold in February 2007 to homes sold in 2008 shows ~9.4% increase and days on the market are a little longer in comparison.

Hidden Glen home sales are still going strong despite a slight appreciation over last year.   Comparing the price per square foot of homes sold in 2007 to homes sold in 2006 shows ~2.15% increase and days on the market remained the same in comparison.

Hidden Glen home sales are still going strong despite a slight decrease in appreciation over last year.   Comparing the price per square foot of homes sold in October 2007 to homes sold in October of 2006 shows ~1.2% decrease and days on the market increased in comparison
