Leander homes are definitely seeing some appreciation!  The expansion of 183, big business moving in are just some of the reasons why!  Great schools and quality of living are some other reasons!  Here is what the stats say this year.  
Overall -there has been a great appreciation in Leander of residential homes.  How much appreciation of Leander homes occurred between the years 2007 and 2008 for the month of February?  The chart below shows home sale appreciation.

  Lakeling Ranch home sales are still going strong!  Last month Homes Sales continued to see appreciation in Lakeline Ranch.  Comparing the price per square foot of homes sold in 2007 to homes sold in 2006 shows ~7.33% increase although days on the market increased in comparison.  That said -while things may have to wait a little longer on the market to sell -this just means there are more homes to choose from in this great Leander neighborhood!!

Lakeline Ranch home sales slowed slightly-  Comparing the price per square foot of homes sold in October 2007 to homes sold in October of 2006 shows ~2.15% decrease and days on the market increased in comparison.

Leander homes are definitely seeing some appreciation!  The expansion of 183, big business moving in are just some of the reasons why!  Great schools and quality of living are some other reasons!  Here is what the stats say this month.  There was a crazy appreciation of ~48% in price per square foot when comparing this years September sales to last years September sales.  It will be interesting to see just how much appreciation of Leander homes occurred between the years 2006 and 2007 once this year comes to an end.  -I have no doubts we will have seen an increase in … (0 comments)

According to the Austin American Statesman, current projects around central Texas will add more than 1.3 million square feet of office space when they are completed this year. 
 What's driving this momentum?  -Central Texas' strong job growth! 
Here are the stats- job growth in central Texas was at a 4.1% annual rate in May, and local economists believe that trend will likely continue as our region attracts National and International firms.  
The need for office space has resulted in rents for top-tier office space reaching their highest level since early 2001.
