Overall -there has been a great appreciation in Leander of residential homes. How much appreciation of Leander homes occurred between the years 2007 and 2008 for the month of March? The chart below shows home sale appreciation. Active listings have increased as well as pendings from last month. Days on the market see an over 10% increase as well.

Cedar Park Homes Sales continued to see appreciation over the previous year. Comparing the price per square foot of homes sold in 2006 to homes sold in 2007 shows whopping ~8.29% increase.
