I don't know about you,but I need Agents all over the country to refer to. I am in a very popular destination for retirees and people from all walks of life. The blue skies and sunshine here in Tucson are attracting people here from all over the country.I can't tell you how many people I meet at open houses from different parts of the country that want to move here after visiting-But need to go back home to ready their house to sell and "FIND" a Realtor. Just as I was writing this(I am on floor duty), An older gentleman and his son came in to find out about the area. Long story short he and his wife will be moving here in the next year, And he has a home to sell in Fla., before they can make the move to Tucson. Now, I know I can look up Agents and pick one out to refer them to, BUT I would much rather have a Group of Agents I know (through a group like this) that I can feel secure in sending the lead to. Here is the perfect place to Network with Professionals who take the business seriously, and where we can get to know one another so that when we do refer to each other, we are confident that the referred client is going to get superior customer service!!!
