24 HOURS NOTICE:

As a practical and courteous guideline to the sellers please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice to view a property. For tours of 3 or more properties please allow 48 to 72 hours notice.

SALE PENDING:

If you see a property on the website that says "Sale Pending" this means that the property is currently under contract to sell, but has not yet closed. If you are interested in the property please contact us - in some cases we may still be able to show you the property or notify you if the status changes - that's what we are here for!

PRE-QUALIFIED BUYERS:

Most sellers are requiring buyers to be pre-qualified for a mortgage. If you are not yet pre-qualified just let us know - we can suggest several area lenders that can help you.
