Random Update of the Tampa Bay Florida Real Estate Market
 
Lately I have been a but busy with some buyers and sellers. Some buyers are anxious to buy. Most are qualified. I am actually on my way out of the office to meet with another seller. They want to list their home. Is it a good time to sell? It is a good time to buy?
 
It all depends on your goals.

One of the joys of life in New Port Richey, Florida is the warm and sunny weather year-round.
There are numerous master gardeners in Pasco County, Florida.
 
What I do is square foot gardening and container gardening on my pool deck.
 
Today I cut some greens including green onion, garlic chives, and lettuce.
 
You can't beat the taste. You can't beat the weather in Florida.
 
 
 
If you are thinking about moving to Tampa Bay Florida and love to garden then it is a great place to garden.

Last month I worked with two gracious buyers who wanted to take a look at some houses in the Port Richey, Florida area. They ended up looking north of Pasco County in the Spring Hill, Florida area of Hernando County. I was able to refer another agent to them so that they were able to preview homes in the Spring Hill, Florida  area.
