As a child we would celebrate the new year with family and food. This week has been a good one. I have been wearing red while working and I have red nailpolish. I have a thing for "red." Today is the start of the new year. The Chinese New Year. It reminds me of the days when I would get dressed in my cheong sam and celebrate with family. We would eat all day.
 
Eat for prosperity and good health and the responsible adults would light foreworks. Later that day we would go to a Chinese retaurant with the Tom Society and celebrate. Great memories.
