lana robbins: Class for First-Time Home Buyers in Tarpon Springs Florida by Lana Robbins

Class for First-Time Home Buyers in Tarpon Springs Florida by Lana Robbins: Many first-time home buyers have asked me if I host classes for first time home buyers. Approximately once per month I host a class either at the Coldwell Banker Tarpon Springs Florida office or at the Clearwater Beach Florida office.
Typically five to 10 people show up at these free NO-obligation classes. I remember when I was a first-time home buyer I researched how to go about buying a home and what to expect then I consulted with a realtor ® which was intimidating at the time.

Today was a typical day... in that it was different than other days LOL I managed to do some paperwork. I made some time to read. I showed a home to first-time home buyers in Holiday, Florida. A nice neighborhood. The home was priced right. I walked them through the process along with the paperwork. I'll be faxing in their offer shortly. Tomorrow I have another listing appointment.

lana robbins: Ethnic and racial makeup of Realtors ® by Lana Robbins

The National Association of Realtors ® reports "the typical REALTOR® is a 54 year old white female who attended college and is a homeowner." This according to their 2009 National Association of Realtors' Member Profile.
I am 42 which is considered relatively young in the profession though there are some who are in their 20s. In last year's survey the "typical" realtor ® was 52 years old so the age seems to be increasing. To me age is irrelevant in this profession. By the way I know that some women do not want to reveal their age but it's not a big (0 comments)
Of course I am not quite done with it but it's for Robbins Team :)
I plan to post more pictures here soon. Another agent called me regarding one of my listings. She plans to show it this Sunday.
In the mean time I plan to take some donations to Goodwill tomorrow.
