In Tampa Bay Florida which includes Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties the average price of a home that sold was $136,000 which is a decrease of 4.9% compared to June 2009:

Statistics for Tampa Bay Florida came out strong as expected. For the month of June 2010 there were 4,862 homes for sale throughout Tampa Bay Florida which includes Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties. Of these 4,862 single-family homes and condos for sale, 12.32% were sold:
This is a small increase from May 2010 when 11.76% of homes that were for sale on the market sold.

The latest Tampa Bay Florida Home Sales Statistics that cover Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties have been published. Some numbers show a slight improvement since August 2009 which is hopeful.
Homes Closed in September: 2,919 (up from 2,609 in August 2009)
Homes Placed under Contract in September: 4,153
Supply of Homes - Months of inventory: 9.4 (down from 10.7 for August 2009. This is assuming no additional listings added to inventory.)
