For the month of June 2010 there were 4,862 homes for sale throughout Tampa Bay Florida which includes Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties. Of these 4,862 single-family homes and condos for sale, 12.32% were sold: This is a small increase from May 2010 when 11.76% of homes that were for sale on the market sold.
