If you're looking at properties on a fairly regular basis, I'll guarantee you've heard the following line in the past 6 months:
"We have an appraisal from [insert date here] for $[insert amount here]."

I just found a great article by CNN Money that further made the point I was making in Tuesday’s Tip #13. Appraisals can be determined for any amount. They can also be determined for a number of very good and bad reasons. It is all very much subjective.
