I only have a few quick items to discuss in here first there are several changes to fha that I think are kind of important, here is what they are:
Raise upfront MIP by 50bps to 2.25% -which is the upfront fha fee that can be financed into the loan, it was 1.75%
Reduce allowable seller concessions from 6% to 3% -which let's face it 3% is the norm anyway
Also in mortgage market news:
