Realtor John P. Wells was invited to a cookout at the American Yacht Club in Newburyport. I frequently sail here with friends. The American Yacht Club is the oldest yacht club in the Country, and is beautifully located along the Merrimac River at Joppa Flats. Boating is such an important part of living in Newburyport!
