coaching: How Good Are YOUR Market Reports? - 01/09/12 10:51 PM

I ask myself all of the time...
How good are my market reports? Are they compelling? Why should a buyer or seller read MY market report instead of one of the hundreds of other reports out there? Am I providing value? What do consumers want in a market report? I am specifically NOT leaving a link to one of my market reports in order for everyone to grade it. Rather, I would love to hear about what YOU think makes a great market report... whether you are an agent, broker, consumer or vendor.

Momentum...
Often discounted, but ever present...
A few months ago I lost my blogging Mo. It just went away... I had written a 101 part series, and while that only carried two of my posts each week on LaneBailey.com, when it ended, I was kind of lost. Around the same time I had a hard drive crash and a couple of closings... I couldn't blog because I couldn't keep all of the tasks straight.
My garage had also gotten uglier and uglier. Junk had piled up and the actual project just became a convenient place to set stuff. Working … (6 comments)
