This post is not intended to brag nor to lecture but I simply would like to share my experience: Today I spent the day NOT selling my seller's home, but the contents inside. All week long, I ran ads in Craig's List and the local paper for today's, "HUGE Moving Sale!" and I sold almost the entire contents of a fully furnished, two story town-house.
