Rep. John Dingell (D-Michigan) has stated that energy consumption must be addressed in order to address the issue of climate change - BY MAKING CONSUMPTION MORE EXPENSIVE.  As part of this bill any house 3000 square feet or larger would lose their mortgage interest tax deduction.

I recently read somewhere that Realtors, especially those within the first few years in the business, can NOT afford to miss the annual Virginia Association of Realtors convention!  So, I'll be there!
